Day 2: Summer Learning Journey

I've finally started Day 2 of the Summer Learning Journey ( Don't worry, I will be doing Week 1's bonus activity in 1 blog post). Anyways, this is my DLO about the 5 questions of your  country capital city ( In my case, Tokyo). You would be asked 5 questions about your capital city.

Hello Pote, Wow. 13.6 million people is lots of people. I have never heard of Tokyo Dialect. I have learnt quite a lot of things from different people facts about their countries. Keep on working hard.

Hello Pote,

WOW - I really enjoyed reading your blog post! It has a very nice layout and catches your attention very well! I'd be keen to hear about what kind of activities you would like to do in Tokyo - what places would you visit?

My name is Carolyn, and I am living in Germany at the moment... but I visited Japan a few years ago. I am looking forward to reading more about Japan on your blog!

Sayonara,
Carolyn

Hi Pote
I like your interesting facts about Japan. 13.6 million people in one city is a lot of people. Do you know how big Tokyo is? Well done Pote!

Hi Pote,

Your interesting fact hunting continues... Well done! 13.6 million people in one city would be so crowded, could you imagine if Auckland had over 8 times its current population?? And we thought Auckland traffic was bad now!

Although I've never been to Japan, I would love to visit there one day. Do you know if they celebrate Christmas and New Years in the way we do here in New Zealand? Spending a Christmas in Japan would be a very interesting experience I reckon.

Do you know if there are many dialects of Japanese, Pote? I never knew that there was a specific Tokyo dialect. But if it's pretty similar to normal Japanese then it shouldn't be too difficult to adapt if you are able to learn Japanese to begin with.

Sayonara!
Dan.
