1st day of Science

This was the first day of science at Tamaki College. We made a mini moon rover out of cardboard, skewers, glue, straws, etc. We were helped by a group of Tamaki College teachers.

Why do we need a Critical Friend

What is a Critical friend great for. A critical friend is arable to help complete a task or show the mistake you make in your final result. They can show you the possible changes which you never had thought. This can help when a test is happening and you know the types of what you need because of a Critical  Friend.

CARE Awards: Respect

This  my task for Respect in the CARE Awards. I completed a brochure depicting belonging to PBS. This was fun but I was slacking when I wasn't supposed to complete this task early.

D.A.R.E

For D.A.R.E, we made a DLO on the reflection of the program. This is what we have learned.

Tech

For Tech, Year 7 & I were creating joints for our future project, We are using chisel's,Saw & Mallet. The Year 8 were working on their game on Scratch to show to other people.

Maths

For our upcoming E-astle Test. I have tried to work on my maths to prepare me for the test. From this task I now know to use Division & decimal.

Book I have Read:

The boom I have read was a The Door in the Hedge by Robin McKinley. This book contains many narratives. I chose the Stolen Princess.
